HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM ORDER TO COMPLETION?
All of our boxes are hand crafted, meaning they are made to order. We keep our turn around time to a 7 day limit. We will always notify the customer a pickup time when your box is available, or of any delays.
Smaller items such as accessories may have a shorter turn around time.
DO YOU DO DELIVERY OR PICKUP
We currently offer free pickup from our Bathurst and Southern Highlands locations. Delivery of our boxes are a flat rate of $100 from a 50km radius of Bathurst and Mittagong NSW.
DO YOU STOCK DOG LEADS AND COLLARS / PLATES?
We are currently working on securing a supplier for a range of dog leads, collars and chest plates. These too will be all Australian made.
I NEED A BOX MADE SHORTER OR WIDER FOR MY TRAY
Please contact us through the CONTACT page, as this will a custom order and may involve additional material charges. Please do not order a standard box and notify us of changes if you need the box a different size.
